UK Rack Inspection Delivers Racking Awareness Training at FareShare Kent

FareShare Kent

Ashford, Kent – 24 September 2025

UK Rack Inspection has today delivered PRRS Racking Awareness Training at FareShare Kent in Ashford.

The training was provided at cost in recognition of the invaluable work the charity undertakes in tackling food waste and fighting hunger across the region.

FareShare Kent is part of the UK’s largest food redistribution charity, working with frontline organisations to provide meals for individuals and families in need.

By ensuring safe and effective use of warehouse racking systems, UK Rack Inspection is helping FareShare staff and volunteers carry out their vital mission in a safe, efficient, and compliant environment.

“We are proud to be able to deliver our training to such a worthwhile cause, and as such we had no second thought in offering it at cost,” said Ian Sandall, Director of UK Rack Inspection Limited.

The training covered key aspects of pallet racking safety, inspection awareness, and best practices for maintaining a safe warehouse environment in line with SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers’ Association) standards.
